Welcome

Here we go again……

Following Government advice, and for everyone’s safety, we have decided to cancel all of our exercise classes from Tuesday 3 November onwards for the rest of the year. We hope to be back in January 2021, subject to Government advice allowing this.

The better news is that we are trialling some of our other classes on-line.

Click on the What’s On tab to find out what courses are running.

Please be patient with us as we try and find out what works and what doesn’t. This is new to all of us and safety is our top priority

In the meantime you can still find some useful information by clicking the Coronavirus links at the top of the page, or the red links below

There are still lots of ways to remain physically active and you can find lots of ideas at:

and for the over 60s, Energize’s Elevate at Home is really worth a click

If you are looking for some cooking inspiration, then Vanna has recommended the following link, although we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to get any flour!
